How we partner with your business

Visionary has developed a number of packages that assist businesses with specific tasks from new business to developing your business.

Packages are available for Event Management, Marketing and eBusiness solutions.

Visionary also provides monthly retainers for projects where on-going work will be required.

Additionally Visionary can quote on a once off or on-going project. You can request a quote for a specific project that you have in mind by contacting us here. We will respond to recommend a package or monthly retainer that will meet your needs.

Our standard fee is $100 per hour (plus GST) for casual or once off work.

Contract term and legal

It is recommended that retainers are for at least 6 months in length, to receive the maximum benefits from the activities; time frames for other projects are determined at the time of quoting or purchasing the package.

Once a quote is accepted, a letter of agreement will be drawn up to confirm the activities required and in the time frames described. A quote is only valid for 30 days.

A 50% deposit of the project development and setup fee is requested prior to commencement of the project; this is invoiced to the client with project work commencing upon payment of the deposit.

Visionary is covered by Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances; a Certificate of Currency can be produced upon request.
